As a local family business owner, resident, and mother of three; I understand the importance of utilizing great communication and leadership practices in order to build a strong sense of community.  Our city is growing and with that growth, we will undoubtedly experience learning opportunities and triumphs.  By keeping community members and the City of Elgin aligned, we will be better equipped in managing this growth positively.
